The Official Synopsis of “The Nun –2”

The Nun 2 is the latest instalment in our series of horror films. In the first instalment, a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life. A priest (Father Burke) with a haunted past and a novitiate (Sister Irene), roughly weeks from completing her vows, are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the unholy secret.

Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun (Valak). It was first introduced to audiences in “The Conjuring 2,” as the abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned.

In the latest instalment The Nun–2 (which is only a general idea about what we can expect from The Nun 2), Sister Irene is coming face-to-face again with the demonic evil Valak. The third lead, Maurice Theriault, will meet the duo to aid them in their research. The sequel picks up in 1956, four years after The Nun’s first instalment.
